Baltimore Pet Expo Dock Jumping

My tossing was extra poor - I hit the rafters multiple tosses - and Kludde left lots on the dock but we had a nice time seeing the usual competitors.

Pat Nolan of Ponderosa Kennels (ponderosakennels.com) was kind enough to let Kludde have a turn amidst many Labradors, a couple Goldens, a Chessie, and Pudlepointer.  We worked on single T drill here.

 

Clean but messy

He did not succumb to the temptation of a dirty bite on the decoy but in his excitement he did bite his own tongue.  It did not dampen his enthusiasm.

Kludde was happy to be back to training after about two weeks off.

He gave Hill some "love" and felt very good about all his searching, escorting, defending, attacking efforts.

DC Holiday Lights Run 2013

Kludde and I once again did the DC Holiday Lights Run.  The weather was quite mild and many fellow runners were dressed up as more than Santa, Rudolph, or a tree.  There were *two* Easter bunnies and the lamp prize from the movie "A Christmas Story".

We finished up the evening by strolling through the DC Holiday market.  Not quite the Christkindlmarkt of Munich but still nice the same.
