One Arrested and 600 Bags of Heroin Seized
On November 17, 2016, a motor vehicle stop led to the arrest of a male and the recovery of 600 bags of heroin.
At 2:30 pm, Sergeant Thomas Moynihan conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 900 block of Caspian Avenue. An investigation by Sergeant Moynihan led to Detective Brian Hambrecht and his K-9 partner Nikki, a narcotic detection canine, responding to the location.
